SELF PAY

You will be contacted prior to your surgery with an estimated procedure cost for you surgery.  We expect payment in full prior to the surgical procedure.  Financial hardship will be considered on a case by case basis and payment arrangements may be made in certain instances.  However, in any case, all monies due must be paid in full within 90 days following the surgery.
